- Thigh (per piece) - A juicy delight at $9.36, praised as one of the best forms of poultry.

- Drum (per piece) - At $4.97, this childhood favorite is a nostalgic crowd-pleaser.

The flavorful chicken is complemented by a variety of unique sauces, including Hot Sauce, Banana Ketchup, and Dippin Vinegar. Each adds its own twist, enhancing the experience. The sides at The Chicken Supply, like the Coconut Collard Greens and Cold Pancit Bihon, are not mere afterthoughts; they are artisanal accompaniments that uniquely elevate the chicken. The Garlic Rice is a standout, embodying the essence of Filipino cuisine and serving as the perfect counterbalance to the fried goodness.
One memorable aspect of The Chicken Supply is its inviting environment, designed for both dining in and takeout. Gah damn. This place is crazy good. We ordered the day before almost$200 worth of food and only one of the four chicken options were still available - this place must be good and don't have enough chicken lol - all good they're doing their thing. Large chicken wings that are so crispy. Pancit is closer to Korean cold noodles than anything pancit related I've ever had - but it cuts through the chicken well. Laing goes well with everything. Butter mochi is down right delicious One gripe - the spicy chicken isn't spicy. It's some seasoning on top and I think that's it - which ofn't spicy.

My wife is gluten and dairy free and this spot, so the fact that this spot has delicious fried chicken she can eat is a real game changer. We like to pick up some pieces and eat them at one of the many nearby spots

This is the best fried chicken I have ever had. We ordered early in the evening online. We ordered two spicy thighs, one regular, one spicy chicken stick, cold pancit, hot sauce, vinegar, crispy potatoes, and two mystery tall cans. Everything was gluten free! As a gluten free Filipina I was so happy to see that pretty much everything was gf. The thighs are huge! The chicken is juicy and fresh! The spicy chicken was the best spicy chicken I have ever had. The restaurant itself is smaller with limited searing. Staff were friendly when we came to pick up. 10/10 definitely going to be a regular here.

Okay, this chicken was seriously so good. Some of the best I have had in Seattle and the pieces of chicken were massive! I recommend the drums, best of the menu. Aside from the chicken, I tried the Monggo Beans and Rice. Unfortunately, it was pretty bland. The restaurant has a pretty small eating area, so my friends and I ordered takeout and ate at their house. But the restaurant did have a nice vibe inside. All things considered, my five friends and I decided on a group rating of 4/5 stars. One thing is for sure though, I will be back for those drumsticks.

I got to try this as takeout, so I can't comment about the service or the place, but that chicken was GIANT, and fried to perfection. It was so crispy even when we took it as takeout. The sides were alright, the pickled vegetables helped cut the grease of the chicken. I also liked the coconut collard greens, but found it a bit heavy to eat with the chicken. Remember to order a day in advance!

This is Seattle's only Filipino fried chicken restaurant! The cashier was very bubbly and kind. There are 6 small tables inside that seat 2 people each, but most people did takeout. Street parking is possible but limited. I loved the drum and the stick was the best breast meat I've ever had - so tender, with a Rice Krispies texture. I personally prefer when the batter sticks more to the meat. It was $16 which was steep but filled me up. Things I learned: - Preorder on their website to get what you want before they run out! There is a 17% service charge. - "Pick-up time" actually means check-in time because when you arrive, they will announce your order number and start frying your chicken to deliver it fresh to you. - They use free-range and organic chicken from Draper Valley Farms, and their batter (and entire menu) is gluten-free. Love this! - The "comfort room" at the back is a restroom with a cassette deck and cassettes you can play! - Their front door does not close unless you force it shut. Really appreciate the cashier who repeatedly went to shut the door every time someone went in and out. - This is the dream restaurant endeavor of 2 long-time culinary school friends. I'm happy to have supported The Chicken Supply!

The chicken is so good here that we had to come back to try their sides: garlic rice and coconut collard greens!! The rice was delicious by itself, but when you add the collard greens stewed in coconut broth to the rice, it takes it to another level!! Also, my partner tried the spicy wings and it packed the heat! If you like the heat, try spicy!!! Everything is so good and the staff is so friendly!!

One of my friends described this place the best: it's essentially a "hipster Jolibee." I went here during a Thursday evening for some fried chicken, and yikes is parking rough to find around the area. This place is located in the Phinney Ridge neighborhood right next to Phinney Station. It's quite small in here, with only six or so 2-person tables and some counter seating. You order your food up at the front and take an available seat here. Service was nice and friendly; workers there were chatting with me about my day while pointing out where to get utensils and napkins. Fried chicken here comes in wings, drums, thighs or sticks. We got 3 fried chicken sticks, a wing and two orders of garlic rice. Each stick is VERY filling even if it doesn't look like it, so I'd probably get just one if you want to try something else more comfortably. Chicken is fresh and crispy all around without being oily, and garlic rice tasted great too while being an appropriate (but still big) portion. Good thing we drank a lot of water, because everything was quite salty as expected. A bit far from where I usually eat food, but this is an awesome place for fried chicken and I can't wait to come back for some more!

How I heard of this place: We walked by as they were setting up several years ago, and have had it on our list of neighborhood eateries to try forEVER. It was finally time to pre-order everything and try it out! Type of cuisine: "The Chicken Supply is an extension of our home, your neighbor's backyard party, a quick rendezvous with your best friend, a place where the food facilitates the experience. Our food is rooted in the taste and culture of the Filipino dining experience, where everyone who is anyone comes together to share a meal, a drink, a laugh, and maybe even the latest hot goss. We're not fancy and we don't care about courses. Tweezers are useless here and 3 stars are part of our flag and not an accolade. We cook in hopes that our food finds its way into whatever your vibe may be. Let the chicken supply you." Ambiance: Small and fun inside, the cozy space welcomes patrons, but most place orders (online) to go. We did the same, but would have loved to come and enjoy the ambiance further. There are only a handful of tables on either side of the small space ready for pairs of diners to enjoy their crispy fried chicken and sides. Shelves along one wall host bottles and cans, as the opposite wall shelves and cubby spaces host neon signs, books, and merch. A "comfort room" exists at the back, intriguing and makes you want to enter; what you'll find is simply the toilet/restroom, but the thoughtfulness of its name is a great addition! The order/pick-up counter and kitchen behind take up about one-third to half of the entire space. Six workers crammed in the kitchen prepare and get food ready to hand to awaiting customers. The space is warm and friendly and sweet. What I ordered: We decided to try white meat chicken on The Stick ($8.25 each), both the spicy and non-spicy versions, which are served on a thick chopstick and are larger than the image gives credit for. For our sides, we selected Crispy Potatoes ($8), seasoned in with sichuan salt and tossed in fried garlic and chilies; Garlic Rice ($5) - "A Filipino specialty and really a gift to the world"; (Monggo) Beans & Rice ($6) - Add this type of bean situation to your repertoire of "things you didn't know you needed until now." Hot white rice ladled with stewed monggo beans, topped with a chicken skin and sesame seed rice topping; Marinated Vegetables ($6) - marinated sweet peppers, charred onions, eggplant, served cold; and Coconut Collard Greens ($7.25) - topped with peanuts (be prepared to request leaving if off if you have allergies, as it's not noted nor shared). What I loved: The crispy potatoes and chicken stick were truly the highlights of our meal. We had plenty of leftovers, and used the chicken atop a green salad the following day, as well as reheating the potatoes in a bit of oil , which retained their crisp, deliciousness. Why I loved it: It's great to have a local spot to support, that serves good food and often sells out! We didn't think it tasted like any Filipino food we have had (family cooking), and seems to fulfill a more American palette, but the food was good nonetheless. Cost: High

Here's a new place for Filipino style fried chicken that will have Jollibee's running for its money. It's called The Chicken Supply (sounds like a hardware store, I know) and has the crispiest twice (or thrice) fried chicken that I have ever tasted. Hands down I recommend the thighs, but the chicken sticks are good too even though it's breast meat. Warning: the chicken portions are HUGE! They have sides as well, such as pickled veggies, garlic rice, and pancit. The pickled veggies cut through the oily of the chicken well, but the cucumbers are somewhat expensive, especially if you know how to make at home. The pancit noodles are served cold, so just a heads up if you are expecting a stir fry situation. Finished my meal with the butter mochi, which has the chewiest texture ever and comes with a light coconut whipped cream on the side for dipping. *chef's kiss* Highly recommend you to pre-order online in case items run out. Also the space inside fits about 5-6 parties of 2, so if you have a large group with you probably think of somewhere else to eat (such as sitting on top of someone's car at a strip mall parking lot like the classy betch that you are).
